How to get to the nature Park Lüneburger Heide
The nature Park Lüneburger Heide is situated in a triangle between Hamburg, Bremen and Hannover. It extends from Buchholz in the Northheath in the North to Soltau in the South and Schneverdingen in the West as far as the periphery of Lüneburg in the East.
The nature Park is easy to access from the Autobahn A7 from Hamburg to Hannover. Many Autobahn Exits between Thieshope and Soltau-Ost lead in the direction. In the western part of the region the B3 runs from north to south from Buxtehude to Soltau. The B209 and the B71 run from east to west through the Park.
You can travel by train from Hamburg , or Hamburg-Harburg to Buchholz in the Nordheide or Handeloh or Schneverdingen in the Nature Park. From the station in Lüneburger buses will bring you to different places in the Nature Park.
